Experience:

Jazmine is a British Graduate, graduating from Swansea University with a Law Degree (LLB with Honors) she has over 11 years of legal experience. After relocating to the UAE, she has been able to combine her UK legal experience with assistance in respect of local UAE laws to ensure that clients can be advised on a cross-jurisdictional level.

Jazmine manages a team who can provide legal advice, including Real Estate, Corporate & Commercial and expatriate legal advice in the UAE. She is able to review enquiries and assign a qualified Lawyer and specialist to your case.

Real Estate Case Manager 

Jazmine works with a number of large Real Estate UAE companies, managing all of their cases with the legal team at Kashwani Law, her Real Estate Team can advise on all Real Estate matters and is well known for assisting Brokers in the UAE and their clients with issues, including breaking contractual obligations in the following circumstances and claiming compensation:

• Buyer cancels Form F and contracts from their omissions (e.g., change of mind)
• Seller cancels Form F or contract for their omissions (e.g., requesting higher sale price)
• Seller/Buyer refuses to pay a Brokers fee
• Any legal matters regarding contracts, payments, compensation, and deposits.
• Wills, Expat Family Planning

Jazmine’s team also work with businesses on company startups in the UAE and business development strategies for several clients based in Dubai. They have a vast knowledge of legal procedures in the UAE and business expansion and can draw on their legal knowledge combined with technology and expertise across the firm to provide development support and assist clients across various requirements.

Jazmines team have also worked with several companies based in the Middle East, focusing on company startup and franchise incorporation with many international clients, leading to complete company startup, UAE relocation and business strategy and expansion. She also has vast experience working with the DIFC qualified Lawyers and  UAE local and Arabic Qualified Lawyers.  Jazmine can combine her local and international knowledge to manage her team of qualified lawyers and advise clients based in the Middle East.
